Standard Delivery & Dispatch Policy

UK orders over £10 qualify for free postage and packing and are despatched using Royal Mail or by courier, depending on the size and the weight of the parcel.  Proof of postage is obtained in all cases.   All UK orders under £10 will be charged a flat rate of £2.99. The appropriate charge will automatically be added to your order at Check Out when you confirm your delivery address.

We will make every effort to despatch goods within two working days, and hope to achieve delivery to UK addresses within seven days of receipt of your order. You should allow an appropriate time for parcels to be delivered to your destination.

We cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery times.

If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling your order

Prices and Tax.

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

Online Payment

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, through a secure server. . The security of our customers is paramount and the website is both secure and follows all guidelines on this issue.

If you wish to pay by cheque the goods will be dispatched upon clearance of funds.

Cancellation and Returns

If, after you have purchased your goods you have changed your mind or you are not completely satisfied, please contact us via e-mail or telephone and arrange to send the parcel back to us, within 7 days, whereby we will ensure you receive a full refund excluding any postage costs. All items must be unused and still in their original packaging. Returns must be paid for by the customer and it is advised that the customer obtain a proof of postage to safeguard items going missing in the post. Your statutory rights are by no means affected.

 Faulty items will be exchanged but it is your responsibility to return them to us, any postage & packing costs incurred will be refunded.. Replacements will only be despatched upon receipt of the faulty item.

Order Errors

If there are any errors or shortages in your order please e-mail or telephone us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Colours

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Complaints

We endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service. If something should go wrong please don't hesitate to contact us via e-mail or telephone. We welcome your comments as it enables us to continually improve our service. We will reply to you within 5 working days, normally with an immediate resolution. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately we will keep you informed of the steps we are taking to put the matter right.

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
